Puerta Privada is located on beautiful "Sandy
Beach" between
Las Palomas Sea Side Golf Community and the Sonoran Sky. The property
was formerly Palmar RV Park, and was owned by Carlos Saenz. He partnered with
Miguel Guevara and formed Quinta San Carlos which developed Puerta Privada.
Miguel Guevara was the project director for Condominiums Pinacate, Princesa
de Peñasco,
Sonoran Spa Resort, and Sonoran Sea Resort. Miguel was also a partner in Sonoran
Sea Resort. The sales director was Mary Snyder. This was the 5th high rise,
condominium project for the Guevara/Snyder development team. Experience has
been the key to our success.
We strive to be the leaders for innovative ideas and design. "Puerta Privada" (or
private door) was no exception. All of our past projects offered the clients
the ability to rent, using an on site management company. We felt it was time,
and Peñasco was ready for a more private, exclusive environment. A long
term lease is allowed, but no short term rentals.
Puerta Privada consists of 2 buildings of 96 condos each. Both buildings
are directly parallel to the ocean, allowing views of both the city and the
sunset. The rear of Puerta Privada oversees the newly designed Las Palomas
Seaside Golf Course -- the only true links course in Northern Mexico. Condos are spacious with 2 bedrooms @ 1,900 sq. feet and
3 bedrooms @ 2,750 sq. feet. Upscale architecture
using columns, cantera stone and intricate beveled glass are incorporated throughout
the property.
The common areas have underground parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 jacuzzis,
tennis, basketball courts, palapas, beach deck and pet park. The unique clubhouse
begins on the 2nd floor with a fitness center, game room and administration
office. The 3rd floor has plasma tv´s, sofas, fireplace, full kitchen
and outdoor patio with built-in BBQ grills. What a perfect place for owners
and their guests to get together. Each condo has a 5' x10' mini storage to
keep bikes, kayaks, etc. Garages were also available.
